Chicken with roast coriander in a spicy coconut curry sauce
Bright yellow Bombay potatoes with toasted sesame and mustard seeds, fresh coriander
Cumin roast cauliflower with fresh pomegranate and curry leaves
Garlic rice

Friday 23rd December
Smoked and pulled ham hock with marmalade and mustard crumbs
Parsley, lemon and cannellini bean salad
Honey roast carrots with tahini yogurt dressing
Herbed potato and watercress salad 
Note: This entire meal can be eaten hot or cold, why not save it for Christmas Eve
for an easy and delicious lunch or supper with absolutely no fuss!
