Smoked and pulled ham hock with marmalade and mustard crumbs
Parsley, lemon and cannellini bean salad
Honey roast carrots with tahini yogurt dressing
Herbed potato and watercress salad 

Note: This entire meal can be eaten hot or cold and could be saved
