A really enthusiastic home cook with a great passion for all things food. Coming up with the menus for Camp Kitchen is very much a joint effort, I'm an avid reader of cookery books, blogs, Sunday supplements and Instagram and am always looking for new ideas that we can cook for you. Rory brings the expertise, taking some of my crazy ideas and building them into a balanced feast.
Rory has been cooking, creating and curating weddings, events and parties for the last 10 years and I have helped him at many events along the way, usually as his front of house (although sometimes doing the washing up!) this is our first collaboration together and we are really looking forward to watching it grow.
Together we will find exciting ingredients and ideas to create a takeaway with a difference, healthy tasty food with lots of fresh herbs, amazing dressings and a really good curry here and there.
Rory is a Michelin trained professional chef who works privately across Europe and is based in Gloucestershire. Driven by a passion for food Rory has developed a modern approach to traditional food while training under professionals with similar ideas and styles.
He started out at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland where, after completing the initial 12 week course he stayed on for a further 12 months, honing his skill and immersing himself in the kitchen gardens, the farm and really learning how fresh seasonal produce can make all the difference to the food you cook.
He has also worked under Gordon Ramsey, Raymond Blanc, Fergus Henderson and Mark Broadbent.
